Upcoming Maintenance
Podcast processing system upgrade 11th-14th August 2025
From the 11th to 14th August 2025, an upgrade to the Podcast processing system will be taking place. During this period, My Videos (video upload and management), the Podcast Schedule tool and the Podcast Editor will all be unavailable. All previously scheduled events will be recorded but processing and publishing will only occur once the upgrade has been completed. Viewing existing videos via the Video Portal will be unaffected during this time.
Please make sure you upload all required videos and schedule any events that need to be recorded before the end of day on 8th August 2025.
Video uploading to courses moving to Canvas Studio
From 1st September 2025, uploading to course and student areas of the Video Portal will no longer be supported. Therefore, Staff are encouraged to begin using Canvas Studio now for uploading and managing their course videos.
Existing course uploads are not affected. For more information visit course uploads to Canvas page.
